  I'm going to write what happened to this company today to try to prevent people from going through the same problem. 3 weeks ago we got in touch with this company (the person I am speaking about called Ian) to do a job in the motorhome, we asked him to fit in an automatic satellite disk. He accepted the job, making us pay in advance ВЈ900 for the satellite, we ask him to tell us with confidence if he could do that job because right after he put up the satellite we wanted to travel around Europe. He said that without any problem he could do it. He cited us today (06-07-2018) at 9 a.m. after making a long journey from where we lived to where we had been cited.and after waiting 3 weeks for this day, when we arrived we met a man who did not stop huffing and showing us that he do not want to do the work and none stop swearing to us , saying that he should not have accepted the work and thousands of unspeakable swear words, seeing this treatment from him towards us, and without understanding why, we asked him for explanations of why he treated us like this, that he had accepted the work and that we did not deserve to be treated like that, the man tells us that it is a lot of work for him, that he does not feel like doing it and that he will not do it, he gave us back the money we paid in advance. We are very frustrated and angry because that is not professional, we do not understand why he could not refuse the job when we call him asking for it 3 weeks ago. Why he was so rude and unprofessional, we had to go without the work done and wasting lost time that we could be on our vacation by waiting for the date he told us to put the satellite. Totally despicable service. I do not recommend this man to anyone.
